Woke up at two in the morning due to lower back pain keeping me from being able to change sleeping positions, then got back to sleep after some Tylenol, but now am up again at seven in the morning due to rebound congestion from Afrin use, and can’t go back to sleep until I can breathe again.

This weekend I finished reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and it's had quite an impression on me. It inspired further research into the topic and kept me engaged every time I reached for the book. Quite thought provoking and motivating even if I may not agree 100%. Super interesting to explore different points of view and question my own opinions. Next up: "The 4-hour workweek".
